This Privacy Policy applies to the website located at pdftoomd.com (the "Site"), operated by Corey Pepper ("we," "us," or "our"). The Site provides a free, browser-based PDF to Markdown conversion tool.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Unlike many web applications, this Site does not collect personally identifiable information. Specifically:

• Your PDF files are never uploaded to any server. They are opened and read entirely within your web browser using the PDF.js JavaScript library.
• The converted Markdown output is generated in your browser and is never transmitted to us.
• No account or registration is required to use the tool.
• We do not collect your name, email address, IP address, location data, or any other personal identifiers in connection with your use of the conversion tool.

3. Information That May Be Collected Automatically

While we do not directly collect personal data, certain third-party services integrated into this Site may collect limited non-personally-identifying information:

3.1 Google Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (page views, session duration, geographic region at country level, browser type). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data anonymously. No individual user is identified. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

3.2 Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on the Site. Google AdSense may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve personalised ads based on your prior browsing activity.
